Cindy's knowledge of the unique personalities of the greater Seattle area's most coveted neighborhoods is unparalleled, from growing up in the Mt. Baker neighborhood to graduating from the University of Washington. She has resided in several different neighborhoods in Seattle, Mercer Island and Bellevue. Prior to entering real estate, Cindy spent over 25 years with Nordstrom where she was named the youngest Vice President at age 24, and Executive VP later in her career. Her scope included world travel to manage sales and merchandising, marketing and working with a team to develop the luxury retail business. It is with this background that Cindy tailors marketing plans that elevate a home through professional staging and photography, strategic advertising and more.
Given her background in art, Cindy aligned with the Sotheby's International Realty brand for their fusion of art with luxury homes. Cindy's business approach aligns with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty methodology, where white-glove service and award-winning marketing come together on a global platform. She specializes in relocation, assisting her clientele with finding the perfect pairing of lifestyle and home.
Whatever Cindy does, she does well, whether it's her work in real estate, her support for local schools and First Tee of Seattle, or her previous position as a Board Member of Treehouse for Foster Children and Families. When not immersed in her career or community activities, Cindy has a passion for sports and enjoys fishing and the occasional round of golf. She currently lives in Clyde Hill with her husband. Cindy holds a Managing Broker's License in addition to accreditation as a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
